Mitchel Adam Lambert (Indianapolis, January 29, 1982) is a singer, songwriter and actor from the United States. In May 2009 he finished as runner-up in the eighth season of the popular American Idol. Lambert launched her first album in November 232009.Adam was born in Indianapolis, Indiana, but moved to Rancho Peñasquitos, northeast of San Diego, California, one year later. Currently, Adam resides in LosAngeles.
He attended schools Deer Canyon Elementary School, Mesa Verde Middle School, and Mt Caramel High School, where she participated in plays, choir and a band ofJazz.Adam is Jewish and sang in Hebrew for Jewish events, playing songs like ShirLaShalom. He attended the Temple of the Arts in San Diego and recited the Kol Nidreon Yom Kippur Jewish holiday. Lambert also appeared in The Ten Commandments:The Musical, as Joshua, singing the song Is Anybody Listening? (among others), gettingrave reviews.
